Appointed Representative Status

For dealers that wish to fully de-risk we have an Appointed Representative option, meaning your firm would be part of our network and as such be effectively regulated by us and operate under our permissions – as such directors would not have any personal liability under SM&CR and we would be responsible for Consumer Duty
